Come and join us as we Salute Our Heritage and have a fun evening of food, music and games for the kids! The concert is a celebration of the heritage of the Greater Waterbury area, with music featured from several of the ethic groups that make up this community. The concert will include music from England, Italy, Greece, and many other countries, and we will of course end with the ever popular, America the Beautiful. The concert starts at 6:00 PM, and the gates to the park will open at 5:00 PM. As part of the celebration, we will have food & drinks available for purchase, games for the kids, an instrument play ground where the kids can come and try out some of their favorite instruments from the orchestra, and a drawing during intermission for some great prizes. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 the day of the event. In the case of inclement weather, the concert will be moved to the Naugatuck Valley Community College Fine Arts Center.
