The Endowment Fund of the Waterbury Symphony is a permanent trust fund created to strengthen the symphony's financial foundation. This fund ensures the presentation of fine music and opportunities for music education for future generations.
The Board of Directors welcomes endowment gifts to this permanent fund. Gifts may be made in the form of cash, securities, or personal property through specific trust arrangements, donor annuities or bequests. Gifts may bear the donor's name, the name of a living relative or friend, or the name of a deceased loved one.
A gift through your estate benefits the Waterbury Symphony and saves estate tax. Any asset may be transferred to the symphony by bequest. Such a gift may be made uder your will, through a trust, or by designating the symphony as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy or retirement plan.
