Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky Romeo & Juliet Overture - Fantasy

Ever wonder where the words leave off and the music begins?  When the words are drawn from Shakespeare's melodious Romeo and Juliet and the music inspired by the Immortal Bard's "star - crossed lovers," it's practically impossible to tell! Join the Waterbury Symphony and the theatrical troupe, Shakesperience Productions, as we weave words and music together in an unforgettable 70 minute continuous concert experience.

From the Festivities at the Capulet’s to the iconic Balcony Scene to the tragically infamous finale, the entire story will be told not only on stage but throughout the entire concert hall.  Romance, intrigue, and celebration on Valentine’s Day weekend 2012.
