Box Office Policies

Credit Card Fee 

  • If paying with a credit card over the phone, online or in person, patrons will be charged a varying order and per ticket fees.

Ticket Exchanges and Refunds

  • All sales are final.  There are no refunds.  However, tickets that you cannot use can be returned to the box office prior to the concert for a tax deductible donation in the amount of the unused ticket(s).

  • Subscribers may exchange their tickets for another concert in the current subscription season up to 48 hours prior to the concert at no charge (any additional charges will apply if you upgrade their seat).  A refund will not be given if you downgrade your seat or if a seat in your price is not available.  

    • The same applies to single ticket buyers but there is a $3 per ticket exchange fee.    ​

Lost or Forgotten Tickets 

  • Subscribers and single tickets buyers can have lost or forgotten tickets reprinted at no charge.
