March is a great month for an all-Mozart program and this season, Leif Bjaland and the WSO will perform with two wonderful guest artists. Benjamin Baker (violin) and Jordan Bak (viola) will bring their exciting artistry to the stage for a rousing performance of Sinfonia Concertante! This magnificent concert will conclude with Mozart's Symphony No. 40 in G minor - a favorite of Mozart fans everywhere.

The WSO returns to the NVCC stage for a celebration of Black music throughout the history of Waterbury! This concert will feature exciting jazz music, riveting choral works performed by "Brass City Voices," led by Marianna Vagnini, and will conclude with Barnwell's Fortune's Bones: The Manumission Requiem - a true piece of a Waterbury's history and a reckoning with our past.

Our 2022-2023 MasterWorks series concludes with Symphonic Summit - a mountainous trek through modern and classic masterpieces. This concert will feature our Thomas C. Clark Young Artist Competition winner on piano - to be announced in the Fall. Leif Bjaland and the WSO will end our season on a high note, with Schubert's "Great" Symphony No. 9 in C Major.
